We developed The Wellness Flow to share our many years of yoga, Pilates and barre expertise. Our method will guide you through intentional sequences that link the breath to the body. Classes are designed to:

The Wellness Flow Method offers purposeful movements and specific queuing to support full-body engagement. We're here to encourage you to move daily - whether that's by joining our *LIVE* classes (coming soon!), logging into our (FREE!) video library or reaching out and scheduling in-person or virtual privates (note: we're local to Bay Area folks!).
